Senior Enrollment Advisor - Remote

Overview

Blueprint is looking for a Senior Enrollment Advisor to assist with the sales, enrollment and student support process. This role will serve as a liaison for prospective and existing students and ensure they completely utilize the benefits of Blueprint’s products and services.

In Short

• Serve as a primary consultant for questions related to Blueprint’s programs.
• Provide strategic consultative sales counseling to prospective students.
• Develop and implement data-driven enrollment strategies.
• Exercise independent discretion in developing and executing sales tactics.
• Promote Blueprint’s tutoring and online courses.
• Lead tutor pairing assignments.
• Foster a high-touch customer engagement environment.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Track leads and sales metrics using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales or enrollment advising.
• Demonstrated experience in high-level sales strategy.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience in graduate-level test prep is preferred.
• Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
• Experience using CRM tools.
