Overview

The Senior Enrollment Specialist at Thyme Care is responsible for outreach to prospective members, educating them on services, and encouraging enrollment to provide support throughout their cancer journey.

In Short

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective members.
  • Train and coach junior Enrollment Specialists.
  • Gather member feedback to improve services.
  • Identify challenges in processes and suggest improvements.
  • Complete onboarding and training within three months.
  • Build trusting relationships with members.
  • Explain program benefits to members and caregivers.
  • Conduct enrollment surveys and obtain member consent.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to meet quality goals.
  • Work in a quiet environment to ensure member privacy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound enrollment role.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Comfort with technology and remote work.
  • Ability to meet productivity and conversion metrics.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work holidays as needed.
  • Located within the lower 48 United States.
