Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Bills & Records Clerk to support our healthcare operations by requesting, tracking, reviewing, and organizing medical records and billing statements from providers.

In Short

  • Request medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers.
  • Conduct continuous follow-ups via phone, email, and provider portals.
  • Prepare and submit requests in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Log all request dates, follow-ups, and documents received in the system.
  • Review incoming records for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
  • Upload all documentation into the practice management system.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare customer service.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Excellent English communication abilities.
