In Short

• Own one of our Domains (Supply/API integrations or eCommerce Services).
• Manage, lead, and grow our Engineering teams.
• Advocate and drive projects to develop our Tech brand.
• Increase the quality and stability of our services.
• Establish Tech org structure in the domain.
• Plan resources of the team according to the roadmap quarterly.
• Be responsible for Incident management.
• Take responsibility for architectural design within the domain.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of API integrations and eCommerce services.
• Experience with incident management processes.
• Ability to design and implement architectural solutions.
