In Short

• Collaborate with leads and senior engineers on the team to drive projects on our Growth team.
• Own projects end to end — you’ll be responsible for working with Product to refine requirements, create technical specs, and projects execute end-to-end.
• Work with other full-stack engineers on your team to build new features and expand existing capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users and work with cross-functional partners to build experiences that acquire, activate, and retain users.
• Work closely with design to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
• Contribute to a fast-paced product engineering team by rapidly prototyping new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in web (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Objective-C, Swift), and backend (Python and some Elixir).
• A growth mindset, viewing challenges as learning opportunities.
• Product sense with empathy for users.
• A love for experimentation and data-driven decision making.
