In Short

• Build and lead a mission-driven team of Data Scientists.
• Own the measurement strategy and operations for large customer verticals.
• Design and evaluate experimental and causal analytics frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to enhance ad products.
• Oversee measurement operations across first- and third-party solutions.
• Conduct meta-analyses and develop ad efficacy research.
• Develop scalable tools and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Enhance data fluency and measurement competency across teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key advertisers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in applied data science and analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Data Scientists.
• Expertise in designing and analyzing experiments.
• Proficiency in SQL and a data programming language (Python, R).
• Deep mobile ad tech and measurement experience.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem.
