Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

In Short

• Goal Setting: Responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement.
• Best Practices: Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels.
• Breakdown Barriers: Support strategists in earning approvals for campaigns.
• Accountability: Build structure and empower teams with communication.
• NSM Attainment: Achieve 100% NSM.
• CSAT: Maintain a CSAT score of 4.2+
• Bookings: Generate $150k in bookings each half of the year.
• Work Environment: Operate 100% virtually or from the office.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability.
• Leadership experience in a marketing environment.
• Proven track record of client and employee retention.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with performance marketing methodologies.
• Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
