The Associate Director, Media will oversee a team focused on Local TV and Radio media buying and planning, providing expertise to clients and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Local TV and Radio media buying and planning.
• Experience in creating client-facing presentations.
• Proven leadership in managing diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of media strategy and buying principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to learn media-specific software platforms.
• Experience with media audits or monitoring companies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism.
