People Operations & Communications Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This role sits within the People team and combines HR operational support with internal communications and content creation. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to HR functions whilst also creating engaging collateral, managing internal communications, and maintaining key digital platforms including the company intranet, careers site and LinkedIn Life page.

Requirements

• Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR).
• Proven ability in internal communications.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a global organisation is a plus.
• Familiarity with employer branding principles.
