Contract Registered Dietitian (RD) - Remote

Overview

DiningRD is actively seeking a contract Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health, focusing on improving the lives of seniors.

In Short

• 8 hours onsite coverage a month with remote coverage between visits allowed.
• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA.
• Documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Oversight of the food service department with routine audits.
• Must have NDTR/RD credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Requirements

• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
• Licensed (if required by State).
• 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred.
