Technical Specialist - monday.com - Remote

Overview

We are looking for monday.com Technical Specialists to join our amazing team! You’ll work closely with our customers to implement and customize monday.com to meet their business needs and overcome challenges.

In Short

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Work with customers to solve complex issues using monday.com
• Run discovery sessions and workshops
• Plan and design onboarding solutions and API integrations
• Create complex solutions utilizing developer tools
• Design and execute data migrations from legacy systems
• Conduct quality assurance and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Act as a project manager for small to medium projects
• Participate in webinars and consultations to educate customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with monday.com
• Technical knowledge of other platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft)
• Experience with monday.com AI is highly regarded
• 4–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS roles
• Strong project management skills
• At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and high energy
