In Short

• Develop and lead innovative Data Science and Machine Learning projects in digital marketing, focusing on Marketing Mix Modeling and predictive models.
• Involve in various projects and clients from start to finish as part of the consulting team for optimal results.
• Engage in diverse roles from project management to every step of the CRISP-DM cycle.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with Cloud, Digital Analytics, and Ad Technology teams.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
• Professional experience in Data Science and/or machine learning, focusing on digital marketing and Marketing Mix Modeling or predictive models.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning, especially Bayesian regression and classification.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and leading Data Science tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub).
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools and visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in client consulting; ability to explain and present complex content simply and confidently.
• Experience in project management.
• Clear communication in spoken and written form - fluent in German and English.
• Team player.
