• Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with hiring managers and client companies.
• Maintain relationships with consultants on the bench, understanding their skills, preferences, and career goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable candidates.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with clients and consultants to secure placements.
• Utilize networking, job boards, social media, and other platforms to generate leads and identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client requirements, and placement processes in the company’s CRM.
• Provide regular follow-up with clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, placements, and other relevant metrics.
