Trainee/Junior Online Advertising Manager - SEA & Analytics - Remote

In Short

• Expansion and monitoring of performance marketing
• Conceptualization, implementation, and management of Google Ads & Social Media Ads
• Budget responsibility and support in budget/media planning for advertising projects
• Data analysis and derivation of recommendations for action
• Creation and management of Google Ads campaigns
• Keyword research, ad text design, and A/B testing
• Reporting in Looker Studio
• Evaluation of performance data (e.g., impressions, clicks, KUR, ROI)
• Tasks in SEO and other online marketing areas as needed

Requirements

• Completed studies, training, or comparable qualification in marketing
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Presentations
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Meta Business Manager
• Experience with Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Experience and knowledge in SEO are a plus
• Structured, conceptual thinking with a passion for consulting
• Experience in project management/customer communication
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Results- and performance-oriented
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in dealing with numbers
• Fluent in German, negotiable English is an advantage
