  • Proven experience in process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
  • Ability to work independently while being collaborative.
  • Ready to establish and mature vendor management processes.
