The Digital Business Alliance (DBA) is a community of over 200 founders and leaders of technology companies in Poland, creating a space for exchanging experiences, collaboration, and mutual support.

In Short

• Lead and develop the DBA community.
• Manage communication and relationships among members.
• Create engaging content for DBA channels.
• Coordinate events across Poland.
• Onboard new members and engage the community.
• Support partnerships and collaborations with companies.
• Utilize various tools to streamline operations.
• Report on community activities and events.
• Work flexibly with approximately 80 hours a month.
• Work remotely with occasional meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in community building, communication, or B2B marketing.
• Excellent organization and self-management skills.
• Ability to write engaging content in Polish (English is a plus).
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Canva, and Luma.
• Open-mindedness, initiative, and positive energy.
