The Sr. SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager will ensure the integrity and accuracy of SEC filings and provide technical accounting analysis for significant transactions, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with AI and automation tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Extremely organized and self-motivated.
• High proficiency in MS Office.
