Manager, Reporting and Technical Accounting - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, system-savvy CPA to lead both global consolidation and reporting execution while supporting technical accounting and policy implementation.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee the global consolidation process in FCCS.
• Act as day-to-day lead for reporting deliverables.
• Manage close calendar and coordination with global finance teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency for FCCS reporting.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors.
• Implement and maintain effective controls over processes.
• Research and document conclusions on complex accounting issues.
• Lead the assessment of new accounting standards.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess business impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required, MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Strong experience with FCCS or similar systems.
• Deep technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP.
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in process improvements.
