SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager will assist with the preparation of external financial reporting for Serve Robotics, focusing on SEC filings and technical accounting matters.

In Short

• Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Manage SEC reporting documents using Workiva filing platform.
• Collaborate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Research technical accounting topics and prepare internal memorandums.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Support the earnings release process with Investor Relations.
• Maintain and improve processes over financial reporting.
• Participate in financial close review meetings.
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
• CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience.
• 5+ years' accounting experience, with SEC reporting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with ASC606 and ASC805.
• Manufacturing and/or software industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work closely with management.
• Commitment to reporting and audit deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and project management experience.
