Overview

Diagrid is seeking an Open Source Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance for the open-source Dapr project and support production deployments on Kubernetes, ensuring a seamless user experience.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Diagrid products.
• Contribute bug fixes and enhancements to the Dapr open-source project.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base.
• Work as part of the Customer Success team to resolve bugs and feature requests.
• Help customers adopt Diagrid products and distributed system architectures.
• Participate in quarterly planning meetings.
• Provide actionable customer feedback to the product team.
• Contribute to webinars and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the Open Source Engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes and related tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, .NET, JavaScript).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Diagrid tools and services is a plus.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or Kubernetes are advantageous.
