Remote Federal Proposal Manager - Facilities Management

Overview

The Proposal Manager plays a critical role in developing compliant, compelling proposals for CMI’s federal customers, requiring experience in Facilities Maintenance and a strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.

• Lead federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through final submission.

• Maintain responsibility for proposal quality and compliance.
• Manage portal-based submissions ensuring file compliance.
• Support post-submission activities and participate in debriefs.
• Support stewardship of the proposal knowledge base.
• May mentor proposal coordinators on proposal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of five years of federal proposal coordination or management experience.
• Experience within the Facilities Maintenance industry required.
• Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposal efforts in a deadline-driven environment.
• High proficiency in business and technical writing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with federal contract types preferred.
