Overview

The Central Reservations Assistant will manage reservations for client camp assets, ensuring effective communication and organization within a dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Manage reservations for camp assets
  • Maintain reservation system and site availability
  • Organize reservation mailboxes and queue requests
  • Enter room requests into property management software
  • Notify front desks of time off requests
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Field calls related to room reservations
  • Complete tasks outlined by the Reservations Analyst
  • Participate in adhoc projects as required
  • Travel to the field during peak project times

Requirements

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Experience with Innfinity property management software
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • 5+ years of experience in camp or hospitality management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with front desk tasks
