HubSpot CRM Administrator & WordPress Web Ops Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and solution-oriented HubSpot CRM Administrator & WordPress Web Ops Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing workflows in HubSpot, deploying campaigns, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting the technical foundation of web operations through WordPress. This role plays a critical part in ensuring automation reliability and performance across the marketing tech stack. While the focus is on operational execution, you will also be a key player in troubleshooting issues and improving system efficiency across both platforms.

In Short

• Configure and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Deploy email campaigns using marketing content.
• Manage HubSpot modules and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Train internal stakeholders on CRM best practices.
• Build and modify landing pages using Elementor.
• Manage WordPress plugins and troubleshoot website issues.
• Support transition of landing pages from WordPress to HubSpot.
• Monitor site health and apply necessary updates.
• Collaborate with the Technical CRM Lead and Marketing Lead.
• Work in a remote-first team environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency in HubSpot workflows and campaign deployment.
• Experience with WordPress tools: Elementor, MemberPress, JetEngine.
• Front-end skills: HTML, CSS (1+ year).
• Experience with CRM data structures and VMS tools.
• Ability to solve platform or data issues independently.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
