Requirements

• Unrestricted compact RN license.
• Experience in Complex Case Management.
• Strong knowledge of interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Minimum of 5 years direct clinical experience in acute care settings.
• Comfort with remote patient assessments.
• Prior experience with complex patient populations.
• Health insurance experience, especially Medicare Advantage.
• Ability to pivot from visual to auditory patient assessments.
