Overview

We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Deployment/ Support Engineer responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Google Workspace solutions for our organization and clients.

In Short

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Workspace deployments and migrations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications and services
• Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace administration and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of Google Workspace
• Create and maintain documentation for Google Workspace processes
• Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
• Stay updated with the latest Google Workspace features
• Assist in developing automation scripts and integrations using APIs
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Google Workspace Administrator certification or willingness to obtain
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Proven experience with Google Workspace deployment and administration
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with API integration and automation
• Solid understanding of networking concepts
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with change management and user training is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial
