Overview

As an IRM/SecOps Consultant at Devoteam, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT security for global organizations.

In Short

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop technical solutions using Flow Designer, REST, and JavaScript.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for SecOps and IRM.
• Oversee project delivery and resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor developers on ServiceNow best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities with presentations and workshops.
• Scope complex ServiceNow engagements and integrations.
• Contribute to thought leadership through webinars and white papers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IRM or SecOps ServiceNow solutions.
• Advanced scripting knowledge.
• CSA certifications and additional security certifications.
• Solid understanding of security and risk principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English.
