Java Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) - Focus on Backend & Microservices - Remote

Overview

We at Devhub IT Solutions are working on exciting digital projects for clients in the DACH region. From modern AI applications to high-performance enterprise platforms. We are currently looking for reinforcement for a long-term project in the finance sector starting from October 2025. Are you experienced in Java, Spring Boot, and eager to dive into a complex system? In Short

• Work with an agile team on an existing system focused on backend development in accounting.
• Implement new user stories.
• Expand existing functionalities.
• Develop new microservices (Java, Spring Boot).
• Frontend development (React, approx. 30%).
• Conduct code reviews.
• Perform developer tests as well as unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development.
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with React in the frontend.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.
• Working in Scrum is standard for you.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form is a must (KO criterion).
• Residence in Austria is a requirement (regardless of nationality).
• Full-time availability (38.5h/week) or part-time (min. 35h/week). No study-related activities allowed.
