Overview

Developmental Pathways is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our growing team, responsible for managing client caseloads and providing high-quality ABA clinical interventions.

In Short

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Manage contract fulfillment of client contracts.
• Provide clear instructions for clients' clinical needs.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists.
• Provide supervision hours for RBT and BCBA candidates.
• Travel between client homes and offices.
• Must speak Spanish fluently.

Requirements

• Must have a Master's Degree from an accredited university.
• Must have completed the 4 ABA postgraduate courses.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license.
• Must be able to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance.
• Strong communication skills required.
