Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assessor - Spanish Speaking - Remote

Overview

Developmental Pathways is seeking dedicated, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assessors to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling options. As an Assessor, you will work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments to improve behaviors and quality of life.

In Short

• Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and others as needed
• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized programming for clients
• Record and manage data collected during assessments
• Oversee contract fulfillment across service codes
• Provide clear and concise clinical instructions
• Conduct client sessions when necessary

Requirements

• Must live in or near Dallas, Texas (this position is remote/telehealth)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA Certification
• Experience with programming, developing, and implementing ABA-based intervention programs, FBAs, and BIPs
• Ability to work independently, produce high-quality results, and handle competing priorities
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and FBI
