Senior Project Accountant - FinTech - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project GL Accountant will work on strategic FinTech projects, collaborating with various departments to ensure financial reporting integrity and compliance.

In Short

• Act as a business partner for internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical accounting requirements to FinTech Product managers.
• Work with Business Intelligence and Data teams for reporting.
• Drive initiatives and process improvements.
• Complete the monthly closing process.
• Review and perform variance analysis.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors.
• Help the team meet department goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Accounting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Product and Data teams.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
• Able to cope with dynamic environments.
• Positive attitude and ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Solution-oriented and result-driven.
• Strong IT experience in financial systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent in English.
