Overview

The Manager - Media Strategy & Planning (US focus) sits within the Global Planning team reporting up to the Senior Manager/Director. This role leads integrated channel strategy, media planning and execution for the US market to deliver on market growth, brand and performance objectives. As a senior member of the Global Media Strategy and Planning team they will also lead key initiatives at a global level and in other priority markets.

  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage annual budget modeling and business cases.
  • Foster innovation through impactful experiments.
  • Manage external partner relationships and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10-12+ years in digital media marketing, preferably in e-commerce or travel.
  • Extensive experience in strategy development and media planning.
  • US market experience required; multi-market experience is a plus.
  • 6+ years in a media/strategic planning role.
  • Proven strength in omni-channel strategies and content effectiveness.
  • Solid experience in agency and external partner management.
  • Strong digital and programmatic media knowledge.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
