• 5+ years of relevant work experience in machine learning.
• Masters or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Experience with large datasets and model development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Java, and related technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience leading an ML team.
• Ability to drive technical and business initiatives.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
