Join Dev.Pro - a US-based outsourcing software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to clients since 2011. We invite an experienced, motivated, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while also continuously improving our presales processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in presales
• Strong presales leadership and experience managing end-to-end presales processes and proposals
• Experience with global clients, translating business needs into delivery solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and on-time delivery
• Technical knowledge to lead discussions with experts
• Strong understanding of SDLC and PM methods
• Hands-on project planning, estimation, and delivery oversight
• Process improvement and cross-team coordination experience
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Autonomy, accountability, adaptability, and strong decision-making under uncertainty
