Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our People Operations team, responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.

• Lead project management activities for HR technology implementations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain detailed meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with IT, HR business partners, and vendors for successful project delivery.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop end user documentation and training materials.
• Track project deliverables and ensure quality assurance processes.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets and MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in HR technology.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Understanding of HR technology ecosystem and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative approach with ability to influence without authority.
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
