Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with the IT field.
• Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Google Docs.
• Experience with any ATS.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork skills.
