In Short

  • Focus on high-profile Retail and Services Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
  • Work on EU-focused product initiatives while partnering closely with US-based teams.
  • Conduct user-centered design and research to understand user behavior.
  • Create clean and balanced designs that adhere to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Enhance frontend and backend development skills with modern tech stack.
  • Work on transforming restaurant management for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Get real-world experience in the Point of Sale industry.
  • Participate in iterative design and agile processes.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on various roles.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in UI/UX.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Clean visual design sense and acute attention to detail.
  • Experience or strong interest in POS solutions and fintech products.
  • Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to manage iterative deadlines.
  • Desire to seek out and leverage constructive feedback.
  • Confidence in presenting work to various audiences.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards is desirable.
