• Participate in Windows releases and changes in the customer environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies and Windows Server environments.
• German language skills at a communication level.
• Knowledge of software distribution systems (e.g., SCCM, MECM, Intune).
• Experience in Citrix environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10 OS, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Registry.
• Knowledge of network, routing, DNS, and security.
• Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing solutions.
