Microsoft Exchange Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Microsoft Exchange Administrator will be responsible for solving backend related incidents, managing incidents and changes, and supporting Exchange related projects within the organization.

• Solving Exchange backend related incidents and documenting system outages
• Managing incidents, problems, and changes
• Resolving error events and incoming requests
• Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
• Updating knowledge database and Kanban board entries
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Understanding PowerShell and scripting
• Supporting Exchange related projects
• Basic understanding of agile tools

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange operation
• Knowledge of Exchange 2019-SE, Exchange Online, Teams, and Exchange hybrid
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Backend application operation tasks based on ITIL
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• 3rd level support experience
• Strong English language skills; German is a plus
