• Seeking an experienced Microsoft System Administrator to strengthen the team of a client.
• Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems.
• Manage and administer Active Directory, including AD DS, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain and optimize Exchange Server or Microsoft 365/Exchange Online.
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions with Hyper-V and/or VMware.
• Configure and monitor IIS web servers and SQL Server databases.
• Ensure network and server security, including firewalls and antivirus.
• Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Provide second-level technical support for users and systems.
• Document configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the role of Microsoft System Administrator.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Exchange Server.
• Competence in administering Hyper-V (or VMware).
• Familiarity with IIS and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Ability to script with PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities and work towards goals independently.
