Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure at three physical locations in Germany. This position requires solid knowledge of TISAX 3 environments, Microsoft Server 2022–2025 (on-premise), Microsoft Exchange On-Premise 2025, and Microsoft 365 Cloud (Azure). Additionally, hardware and network knowledge as well as experience with security protocols in the building area are essential.

Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server 2022/2025 (On-Premise)
Management and support of Exchange Online 2025, Microsoft 365, and Azure services
Configuration and management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Group Policies
Ensure TISAX 3 compliance of all systems and processes
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure availability and security
Storage management and system optimization
Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for internal teams and end-users
Travel between locations for hardware, network, and user support
Maintain detailed IT documentation

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in IT system administration or technical support
Experience with TISAX 3 client environments, preferably in the automotive sector
Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2022/2025 and Microsoft 365
Practical experience with network cabling and client hardware
Familiarity with SOPHOS and access control systems
Fluent in German (min. B1) and good knowledge of English
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Good knowledge of GDPR and IT compliance
