German and English Speaking Security Manager (Business Continuity / Crisis Management) - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Deutsche Telekom Security team, you will play a major role in designing, implementing, and maintaining policies and systems to manage security risks and ensure compliance for business customers.

In Short

• Review requirements for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Emergency and Crisis Management (ECM).
• Represent BCM/ECM topics to internal customers.
• Steer BCM structures in international subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement BCM and Crisis Management test concepts.
• Conduct awareness measures and training.
• Support measures for incident and crisis management.

Requirements

• University degree in Security Management, Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Cyber Security, or Project Management.
• High-level proficiency in English and German.
• Knowledge of Information Security.
• Experience in BCM and ECM, especially in large enterprises.
• Experience in international projects.
• Strong teamwork, self-confidence, and diplomatic skills.
