Office Manager, EMEA (English and German Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Office Manager for the EMEA region is responsible for supporting the Director of Global Facilities in managing multiple projects across regional offices, creating collaborative workspaces, and optimizing efficiency. This role requires fluency in English and German, along with facilities management experience.

• Support the Director, Global Facilities in day-to-day management of offices in EMEA.
• Manage special projects like ESG Company Project and liability insurance renewal.
• Create policies and procedures in collaboration with HR, Legal, and Finance.
• Oversee renovations and branding communications with local teams.
• Gather data for ESG sustainability reporting in collaboration with consultants.
• Optimize car fleet efficiency and manage damages and fines.
• Maximize cost savings to impact company-wide EBITA goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Travel within the EMEA region as necessary for project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Facilities experience in a fast-paced company, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Knowledge of other EMEA languages is an advantage.
• Understanding of EMEA culture.
• Experience using NetSuite.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
