Overview

The Junior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for various financial and administrative tasks within the service delivery team, ensuring effective management and support for service delivery processes.

In Short

• Manage monthly and year-end activities, accruals, and inventory changes.
• Prepare invoices for existing customers.
• Support annual budget planning and service managers.
• Conduct forecast checks and budget management.
• Provide administrative support for team and department management.
• Process and maintain data in internal tools.
• Monitor and maintain master data in invoicing tools.
• Collaborate on reports and calculations for customer accounts.
• Support ordering activities for external service providers.
• Participate in review meetings and document preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training with experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• ITIL V3 Foundation and SeM Basic certificates.
• Good IT overview and knowledge of DTAG portfolio.
• Analytical and structured working style.
• Ability to work under pressure and high flexibility.
• Interest in continuous learning and development.
• Fluent in English (B2) and German (C1).
