Overview

The HR Global Delivery TWM Analyst will be responsible for preparing standardized reports, analyzing HR KPIs, and supporting financial planning processes within the organization.

In Short

• Prepare standardized reports based on raw data from various countries.
• Analyze actuals and forecasts against targeted performances.
• Monitor risks and trends in HR metrics.
• Prepare operating budgets and conduct gap analyses.
• Support month-end closing activities related to HR KPIs.
• Conduct complex analyses and communicate findings to senior management.
• Steer planning processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Coach junior team members and enhance reporting processes.
• Analyze foreign exchange impacts on workforce costs.
• Run regular reviews with regional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics or financial planning.
• Proven experience with HR KPIs and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Ability to perform complex analyses independently.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience coaching junior colleagues is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
