Overview

As a Senior Marketer on the Demand Generation Activation team, you will partner with Legal Campaign Planners and stakeholders across the wider marketing organization to activate, optimize and measure marketing programs to fuel growth in Thomson Reuters.

In Short

  • Coordinate and be accountable for essential activities necessary to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with campaign planning and marketing strategy to support quarterly/annual campaign plans.
  • Orchestrate the development of integrated channel initiatives including paid digital, paid social, nurture, and email.
  • Project manage all campaign deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Understand the customer journey to create and execute aligned tactics.
  • Activate on provided budgets and track spend for high ROI.
  • Identify and memorialize best practices to develop marketing playbooks.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain quality expectations and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility in work location.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in marketing or related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing activation strategy.
  • Strong project management skills and communication abilities.
  • Paid digital experience and success strongly desired.
  • Collaboration and relationship building skills across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Skilled at leveraging new tools and systems.
  • Passion for accurate follow-through of program details.
  • Team player with a growth mindset.
  • Experience with demand generation technologies is a plus.
