Overview

The People Analytics team transforms People data and thought leadership into engaging insight that helps Thomson Reuters executive management turn information into action. This role involves delivering reports, managing data discrepancies, and developing self-service dashboard solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with complex data sets.
• Data visualization skills with BI tools.
• Familiarity with HR or Finance data is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
• Attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Work independently and adapt to challenges.
