  • Process tickets for pricing discrepancies within strict Service Level Agreements.
  • Liaise with Sales Representatives and in-country teams.
  • Understand and execute processes applicable within the Iberian markets.
  • Look for ways to improve processes to reduce future problems.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks based on country support needs.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and processes.
  • Contribute to the mission of improving healthcare access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at a minimum B2 level.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new software systems.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Financial Shared Services, Credit Collection, or Process Maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is a plus.
