This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to deliver a large range of services: from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, customer experience, data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences to make a difference for our clients in the market.

In Short

  • Looking for a Senior Account Manager with strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Responsible for client success and sales volume expansion.
  • Monitor performance of customer products and KPIs.
  • Proactively drive customer development.
  • Understand client business goals and adapt offers accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders.
  • Open up new business areas through effective questioning.
  • Conduct client presentations and planning meetings.
  • Present work internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience managing global accounts in digital experience.
  • Driven by insights and analyses for strategy building.
  • Good understanding of digital experience mechanisms.
  • Experience in providing strategic advice and selling expertise.
  • Previous experience with agencies, tech agencies preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about digital industry trends.
  • Experience with technology environments and understanding of UX/UI design.
  • Able to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Good understanding of reporting and analysis.
  • Professional proficiency in German and excellent English skills.
