Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) solutions. This role requires deep technical and product expertise in Sitecore, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering scalable, performant, and maintainable digital solutions.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Sitecore XP solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Sitecore developers.
• Define and enforce Sitecore development best practices.
• Design composable, headless, or hybrid Sitecore solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Guide development through full SDLC including code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee solution quality and performance optimization.
• Act as the technical point of contact for Sitecore-related topics.
• Work in agile, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development.
• Proven expertise with Sitecore XP 9.x/10.x.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions (Azure, Docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions.
• Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification preferred.
