In Short

• Join the Global Applications Management team within Global Business Technology.
• Implement, support, and improve the SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Collaborate with business users to align SuccessFactors capabilities with needs.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
• Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and support testing processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay current with SuccessFactors updates and recommend enhancements.
• Assist with design and testing of support-related change requests.

Requirements

• Experience as a SuccessFactors Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors HCM suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with configuration and customization of SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience with testing processes and documentation.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary.
